This brand definitely offers the most unique coffee on this list. Wunderground is a local coffee company serving up delicious adaptogenic mushroom coffee. Right now you can visit a pop-up in Capitol Hill’s Chophouse Row for the foreseeable future and try a coffee or two. Of course, you can also take some beans home as well.

Caffee Vita now has locations across the nation and all of their beans are imported directly from the farm and roasted on-site.
