Waste coffee and dark chocolate panna cotta recipe | Times2

This dish uses waste coffee grounds, which still hold so much flavour after being used for espresso. If you don’t have a coffee machine at home, ask your local coffee shop for some leftovers. Use good-quality coffee from a small-batch roastery because this will have a much better flavour profile than heavily roasted beans.

It’s is an indulgent dish, the kind of thing you could serve at a dinner party, and you can even make your own granola to include, but it’s also simple with a shop-bought version. For a fresh twist you can add citrus or vanilla, but if not, the three classic flavours of coffee, chocolate and nuts go together perfectly for autumn.
